We believe everyone deserves a place to call home. Magnolia Community Living was created to offer an affordable and respectful alternative for adults who want independence, privacy, and community without the cost or isolation of living alone.

Our homes are ordinary houses in ordinary neighborhoods — furnished, well-kept and quietly managed. Each resident has their own room and shares the kitchen, living areas and laundry with a small group of neighbors. Magnolia handles housekeeping of common areas, pest control and day-to-day community management so residents can focus on living well.

We are currently collecting referrals and applications for all Magnolia locations, including Memphis, Tennessee and Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. Join the waiting list to be notified as homes become available.
